BANANA PANCAKES

A couple of days ago, my amma surprised me by making banana pancakes (well, actually banana roti) for breakfast. I was telling her, the night before, about IHOP and how much I love pancakes, especially banana pancakes. She asked me how to make them and I told her, not thinking that she was asking so she could make them for me! It was such a special treat! Obviously, roti tastes much different from pancakes, but it was still wonderful in its unique way. I would have given some to malli, but I ate them before he came in the room. Lol. You snooze you lose, right?
